Shipping policy

Shipping Policy:  

We use a third-party company for shipping and as such your delivery might be made with a truck with a crane or a truck with a forklift, they will leave the sleepers on the curbside unless we have agreed otherwise.

If you need us to reschedule your delivery we will require at least 48 hours notice. If however, you give us less than 48 hours notice a second delivery fee will apply.

If you want to pick up the sleepers give us a call and we will happily get them ready for you to pick them up. Just consider that the sleepers are heavy, they come packed in sets of 10 sleepers, and as such, each pack will be between 700kg to 1000kg.

Note that we don't load sleepers on cars, SUV's, vans, roof racks, or trailers that are not suited for the required weight or length.
